Welcome — Reputoss is a productivity dashboard that helps users manage Facebook comments, posts, pages and related interactions from a centralized interface. Reputoss is a product of WKTechSys ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have regarding your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account & Contact Information

When you register for Reputoss we collect information such as your name, email address, company name (optional), and any billing details required to process payments. We do not store full credit card numbers — payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors.

Facebook Account Data

If you connect your Facebook account or Facebook Pages to Reputoss, we collect the data required to provide the service. This may include:

• Access tokens and permissions granted via Facebook APIs.
• Page and profile identifiers, posts, comments, message metadata, media metadata (for display), reactions, and other engagement data that you choose to grant us access to.
• Comment and post content, when required to show / manage interactions on your dashboard.

Usage & Analytics

We collect usage information such as pages visited within the app, features used, IP address, browser and device information, and performance metrics to operate, secure, and improve Reputoss.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, preferences, authentication, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may reduce functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate Reputoss, including displaying and managing your Facebook content and interactions.
• To authenticate accounts, manage permissions, and store access tokens securely so that Reputoss can perform actions like reading comments or posting replies on your behalf.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
• To analyse and improve our product, develop new features, and monitor and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our Terms of Service.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect your information. Access tokens and sensitive credentials are stored encrypted. However, no method of transmission or storage on the internet is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and Facebook-connected data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights:

• Log into your Reputoss account and update or export available data via the settings pages (where provided).

You can disconnect Facebook from Reputoss at any time from your Reputoss account dashboard. You can also remove Reputoss permissions from your Facebook account via Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
